Contented

I took a few minutes during a 6th grade class to re-read Winter Poems, by Barbara Rogasky and Trina Schart Hyman. I always love the paintings, which are the same scene in different times and weather, and this time I also enjoyed the variety of the poems. I emerged from the book, looked around and realized that I work surrounded by books and stories, and students similarly immersed in their reading. This is a great gig, if you can get it.
